What are my payment options?
You may pay by paypal, cash or cheque. However, I only accept cash or cheques by people in the UK.

Can I get a refund?
You may get a refund, if you send the item back in it's original condition within 7 days of recieving it. Once we have received the item, we will refund you minus the shipping costs.
Refunds are NOT accepted on earrings or any other body jewellery for hygiene reasons.

How do I make an order?

Am I allowed to cancel my order?
We do not like orders being cancelled, once processed. However, if there's a really good reason to cancel, we will do the best we can.
